We’re looking for a freelance UX Researcher to join us on a 6-month full-time contract, with the possibility to extend. You’ll be working in our Innovation & Exploration team alongside a Lead UX Researcher, helping validate new product ideas and run fast, iterative discovery cycles.

Drive high-impact research initiatives and design end-to-end studies using methods like interviews, usability testing, and surveys to generate actionable insights. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to inform roadmaps and ensure solutions solve the right problems. Contribute to foundational understanding by developing user personas and journey maps. Support the research practice and champion a user-centered mindset across the organization.
